Having been trained with NASM as a personal trainer prior to becoming a massage therapist, has allowed me to be in tune with all the body's muscle parts. I offer a massage that is focused on the individual person and their total well-being. My years of experience have helped sharpen my technique as a massage therapist. The combination of good hand dexterity and other gifted traits in deep tissue, sports, Swedish, and Relaxation Therapy. Whether you are in my New York City studio or Hampton's home out east. I will provide to you a comfortable clean, hygienically, sterilized "Spa like" space for you to relax in. My goal is to have you leaving my session feeling recharged, refresh and invigorated.
