MasseurAI is a technology platform that connects clients with verified massage professionals. The service is operated by BAK Media Inc., a Florida corporation based in Miami, FL, USA.

a. Information You Provide

We collect the information you voluntarily provide, such as:

• Account registration details (name, email, password)
• Profile information (photo, bio, city, preferences, verification documents)
• Messages or communications exchanged through the Platform
• Payment details (for professional subscriptions)
• Feedback, reviews, or survey responses
• Post-session aftercare responses (e.g., tension, mood, rating, tags)
• Open Offer request details (city, duration, budget, session type, preferred time, and any notes you provide)

b. Information Collected Automatically

When you use MasseurAI, we automatically collect:

• Device and browser information (IP address, OS, browser type)
• Usage data (pages viewed, search queries, time spent)
• Platform-trust and security logging — we log IP addresses, device fingerprints, and user agents to detect fraud, enforce our rules, and protect the community (e.g., audit logs and IP-based abuse prevention)
• Location data (if permission granted)
• Cookies and tracking pixels for analytics and personalization

c. Information from Third Parties

We may receive limited information from payment processors, verification providers, or analytics partners (e.g., Stripe, Google Analytics). If a Professional links their Google Calendar for availability sync, we receive calendar event data and store encrypted OAuth tokens solely to power that sync; the Professional may revoke access at any time.

d. Verification Tiers

MasseurAI may require a valid mobile phone number, government-issued identification, or professional certifications (e.g., massage licenses) for identity and safety verification. Verification is available to both Professionals and Clients — Clients may voluntarily submit a government-issued ID to earn a "Verified Client" status, which some Professionals may require before accepting a booking.

How your information is used in verification:

Phone Number (Optional)

• Your number is used solely to send a one-time verification code (OTP) to confirm your identity.
• It will never be used for marketing, promotional messages, or sold/shared with any third party.
• After verification, your phone number is stored securely and used only for legitimate security purposes such as account recovery, re-verification, or fraud prevention.
• You will never receive unsolicited or promotional communication on your verification number.

Government-Issued ID (Optional)

• If you submit a government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver's license), it is used strictly for identity confirmation and fraud prevention.
• Your ID is encrypted and stored securely with restricted access.
• ID images are never displayed publicly, sold, or shared with external parties.
• ID documents are retained only for as long as required to maintain platform safety, comply with legal obligations, or support re-verification.
• You may request deletion of your stored ID at any time, subject to applicable legal or security requirements.

Professional Certifications (Optional)

• If you choose to upload certifications or licenses to validate your professional status, they are used solely to confirm your credentials and enhance trust with potential clients.
• Certifications are stored securely and are never shared with third parties outside the verification process.
• Only your "verified status" or badge may be shown publicly—never the certification document itself, unless you explicitly choose to display it.

Security Measures

• All verification materials (phone numbers, IDs, certifications) are protected through encryption, restricted access, and monitored systems designed to prevent unauthorized use.

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve the Platform
• Personalize your experience using AI-powered recommendations
• Verify professionals and prevent fraud
• Facilitate secure communication between clients and masseurs
• Manage your account, billing, and subscriptions

MasseurAI uses proprietary artificial intelligence tools, including Comfort Intelligence™, AI Compatibility Match™, and Aftercare AI™, to enhance user experience.

These tools analyze non-sensitive behavioral and preference data to provide better matches, insights, and recommendations.

Our AI Concierge assistant processes the messages you send it through a third-party large language model provider to generate responses. We do not use your Concierge conversations to train external models, and you should avoid sharing sensitive personal data (e.g., government ID numbers, financial details) in Concierge chats.

You may opt out of personalization at any time from your account settings.

We may share information only as necessary to operate MasseurAI:

• Service Providers: cloud hosting, analytics, or verification vendors under confidentiality agreements
• Legal Requirements: to comply with subpoenas or prevent fraud or abuse
• Corporate Transactions: if MasseurAI or BAK Media Inc. is acquired or merged

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards:

• Encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission
• Secure data centers and restricted staff access
• Two-step verification for administrative accounts

However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Some bookings support a "Discretion Mode" option that, when enabled, automatically removes the client's last name and deletes the associated booking record approximately 72 hours after the session.
