About Marcus

What makes me different? My life-long dedication to dance and movement. I have 10+ years of experience in the fields of anatomy, bio-mechanics, somatics and psychology. My bodywork practice is a unique blend of styles. Myofascial, deep tissue, Shiatsu, Thai and more. Working with gravity’s support and mindful positioning, I apply steady pressure to melt deep holding patterns and decompress areas of chronic tension such as the hips, spine and shoulders. With every touch I guide your nervous system to a more regulated state. It’s important to me to take the time to listen and move at the pace of your body’s needs. Massage for me is an opportunity to give the nervous system a powerful reset and offer someone an experience of timeless presence in their body. Whether you are looking to recover from an injury, experience deep healing, or simply declutter your mind— I am here to guide you back into your body and give you greater access to the pleasure and awe of what it is to be a human being. As a queer man, I feel at home sharing my bodywork skills here in the LGBTQ+ community. All are welcome. Therapeutic Only. Please text and be sure to introduce yourself in your message for a prompt reply! Thanks. Have a wonderful day 🙏 Marcus
