About Randy

I offer swedish & deep tissue hybrid bodywork for achieving total body relaxation. Swedish techniques activate the parasympathetic nervous system for deeper relaxation, oxytocin release, and relief from stress & mental fatigue. Deep tissue relieves the tension stored in trigger points below the epidermis in the fascia which helps with feeling ‘reset’ & rejuvenated. Together, both Swedish and Deep Tissue elements create an ideal therapeutic session for whole body treatment and restoration. Warm table, climate control, music, & shower I work full time in healthcare; massage is a hobby, My availability is limited & I book up quickly. Feel welcome to inquire about specific dates/times. Text only- no calls/emails Please inquire with courtesy - I don't respond to anonymous one-liner texts.
