About Jeff

I’m Jeff, a proud Massage Therapist with over a decade of hands on experience and a background in Physical Therapy from Costa Rica. I'm licensed both as a Massage Therapist and an Instructor here in Texas. My work goes beyond a standard massage I focus on creating a personalized, inclusive experience that blends techniques like myofascial release, therapeutic massage, stretching, and joint mobilization. Whether you prefer light pressure or deep, every session is tailored to what your body needs most. As part of the LGBTQ+ community and an ally to all, my space is safe, welcoming, and affirming no matter who you are or who you love. Whether you’re looking to relax, ease pain, or dive into focused therapeutic care, I’ve got you covered. I’m based in Dallas, TX, and I’m here to help you feel your best, one session at a time.
