Privacy & Discretion
Due to the nature of massage and being a healthcare service, all services are discretionary and confidential. I do not share any client information unless you need statements for self reimbursement. A birthdate is required if you are looking for insurance reimbursement. I send occasional email promotions and your email and tele# will be only be used for appointment confirmations. Please use names, accounts and contact information that are private at your end as well in case I need to contact you to maintain your privacy.
Cancellation Policy
I require a 48 hour cancellation notice. If you need to cancel your appointment, I will only ask 2 questions: 1) Do you want to reschedule - if yes we will find another date; or 2) Do you want a refund? If you want a refund it is processed same day no other questions asked. PLEASE NOTE: I do require payment upfront at time of booking and upon receipt of email confirmation. If there is no payment within 6 hours of booking - it is canceled. I am typically booked out 2 months in advance, so if I get you in earlier - payment is required. Much like purchasing an airline ticket upfront - it guarantees your time and place. You can also book online thru my website around your schedule as well.
